Good evening all! On Monday. October 21st from 7:00pm until 9:00pm we will be hosting an event at the store on the benefits of Omega-3's for inflammation, cardiovascular health, cognitive function and children's health as well as how to incorporate them into your diet. Admission is $5.00, and you will be entered to win a gift basket. A small gift will be given for attendance. You can purchase your ticket at Simply Health in Spruce grove, or phone the store at 780-962-9710 and we will put your name on the list to pay at the door.
